Variable mixing speeds increase the efficiency of precision batch mixers.
Overcoming the friction within the mixing products is the most important aspect of mixing. This point can be better determined by variable speeds.
By using a frequency converter, a standard machine can be turned into a universal machine with a much wider working spectrum.
The prerequisite for this is sufficiently large drives, which allow torque increases both on the gearbox and on the mixing tool.
This also allows the product rotation, which is unfavorable for the mixing process, to be minimized without rigid additional components such as rotation brakes.
In this way, individual adaptation to the material to be mixed is achieved and production can be very intensive and particularly gentle.
