A powerful “grain cleaner”, compact in its design and mature for throughputs of up to 60 t/h. It is equipped with 2 roller screens and 4 grain screens. In the upper part, the ascending sifter, light particles and dust are separated. In the screening unit, fractionation into coarse grain, good grain and small grain.

A “high-performance grain cleaner”, compact in its design and mature for throughputs of up to 100 t/h. It is equipped with 2 particularly large roller screens, 4 to 5 sand screens and 4 to 5 grain screens.
Since the smallest particles are removed early via the sand sieves, the sorting performance of the grain sieves is particularly high. Changeover flaps on the machine floor allow numerous combinations of additional fractionations without changing the sieves, as the fruit is brought together again in partial areas. All types of cereals as well as rape, maize, peas, beans etc. can be cleaned here. In the upper part, the ascending classifier, light particles and dust are separated. In the screening unit, fractionation into rolls, good grain, small grain and very small grain follows. Internal switch setting allows the machine to be operated without screen change and without loss of performance, e.g. when receiving barley and rape. For example, when cleaning rape, the performance is almost as high as that of heavy grain.

It is fitted with 4 or 8 especially large coarse grain sieves respectively, 6 to 20 sand sieves and 6 to 20 grain sieves.The grain sieve sorting performance is especially high since the smallest particles are removed early via the sand sieves. From the RVS 180 series upwards, two sieve assemblies work in parallel and achieve an unbeatably high sorting performance due to their extremely large sieving are. Change-over flaps on the machine base permit numerous combinations of additional fractionings without a sieve change, as the fruit is brought together again in sub-compartments. It is fitted with 4 to 8 extra large roller screens, 6 to 20 sand screens and 6 to 20 grain screens. Since the smallest particles are removed early via the sand sieves, the sorting performance of the grain sieves is particularly high. From size RVS 180 MULTI on, 2 sieve assemblies work in parallel and achieve an unbeatably high sorting performance due to their extremely large sieving area. By moving the sorting selection flaps the upper screen deck can be run at 50 % throughput, the lower sieve assembly at 50 % throughput or both sieve assemblies together at 100 % throughput capacity. This makes cleaning a series of fruit types possible without changing sieves, Change-over flaps on the machine base permit numerous combinations of additional fractionings without a sieve change, as the friut is brought together again in sub-compartments.
