Planning and development

Once customer requirements and the desired end product have been evaluated, the first realisation step in the design department follows after brainstorming and coordination. Using 3D computer models, the technology and functional properties of the machinery are developed, simulated, and formal and spatial aspects are determined. Based on these drawings and model results, the finalised data is reviewed once more before being passed on to production.

The core of the planning and development process is the RUBERG Technology Centre with its attached laboratory. This link between product development and production allows for practical testing of mixing, cleaning and separation processes in a 350 m³ space. Here, processes are optimised and process parameters are determined, providing greater planning security before the final construction of the machine.
